MMP for Canada???
There is a possibility that after the federal electons in Canada on January 23rd 2006, that if a certain polition gets his way MMP may be on the way in in Canada. Is this a good thing???????...... View Here
Well, they are welcome to follow the Kiwi's, who are possibly the stupidest people in history when voting for a type of parliament. Vote for MMP, you get the government you choose, oh ok then........morons, every single one of the majority that voted for them. Absolutle planks. Go Canada!
The left wanted MMP in to help strengthen the left in Govt. It failed. Thats why they are looking to get STV implemented eventually... sneaking it into local councils first. Watch out for it at a polling booth near you!
For Canada possibly a good idea... personally I think Canada should tell the Frogs to Fuck off. I'm sure every school child in canada will be happy to no longer have to learn french
