Went for a bike ride with a buddy of mine yesterday from Santa Monica to Marina Del Rey and back. When we got to Marina Del Rey, we stopped at the marina itself and I saw this mega yacht moored called Ronin. This boat is owned by none other than Larry Ellison... I hear that he has a McLaren F1 as well...... The boat was in great condition and it seems to be about 191.9 feet long. I was disappointed to see that there really was no place to put a rod over the side and go fishing....... She'll do 30 knots and is well equipped.... He sold another of his boats Katana which was well over 200 feet long. I wonder what he'll get next?

ReplyDeleteHAHA well Craig it could well do...The tenders on the back could probably outrun most other vessels. It even has a basketball court onboard....
ReplyDeleteI've seen his previous boat, The Katana, and that was a total beaut so this has got to top that. Unsure what features this one has but if its anything like the Katana its a true luxury ship that costs more than the NZ Navy has all together.
