Stuff buying 3 hours away and building a ranch, I'm staying just out of Auckland city, but close enough to city amenities when required, hospitals, and most importantly, my close friends. Yes, build a nice well-constructed house, perhaps with a helipad if I were as important as Tom. Easier to on-sell too if need be. BTW, I personally know that fellow who won the big one, really I'm happy it couldn't have happened to a nicer guy. But I wouldn't have let the world know.
