BMW to take over Sauber F1 team

BMW is striking out on a new path in Formula One. After acquiring a majority shareholding in the Swiss Sauber team, a BMW managed team will be contesting the Formula One World Championship as early as 2006.

I am not sure what this means for Frank Williams and the boys. Maybe it is time for them to get some new engines?

BMW will keep the base and the employees in Switzerland. I wonder what will happen to Jacques Villeneuve next year? He might be in a position to win if they keep him on.

I think I could give Michael Schumacher a run for his money....

Audi, or Porsche or even Lamborghini engines would be a nice additive to the F1 world.
