Snowing in New York

I was surprised and rather unprepared for a cold snap and snow in Manhattan yesterday. The snowflakes were some of the biggest that I had seen. This was because the lower the flakes got to the ground, they warmed up and stuck together creating a super flake.

New York rocks.

How anyone manages to live in NY in winter is beyond me. Bloody cold outside, slipping all over the place on icy footpaths wearing 8 layers of clothing. Then you walk into a building which is 900 degrees, and you have to strip at lightspeed before you start to sweat. One thing though, NY girls really know how to dress well.
